Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from our jerky HQ in Toowoomba and Darwin. Whether you’re in Brisbane, Melbourne, or the outback, we’ve got you covered.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days, while express orders arrive faster.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — we offer local pickup in Darwin and Toowoomba. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you once your order is ready.
Product Questions
What’s the difference between jerky and biltong?
Jerky is cooked and dehydrated, while biltong is air-dried. Biltong is often thicker, more tender, and richer in flavour — a traditional South African favourite.
Are your products made in Australia?
Absolutely. All My Jerky Hut products are made right here in Australia, using 100% Aussie beef.
How should I store my jerky or biltong?
Unopened packets can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal and refrigerate for up to 7 days — if it lasts that long!
