Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide from our Toowoomba smokehouse. We don't currently ship internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes — your confirmation email has a live tracking link. Can't find it? Send us your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped, absolutely. Message us as soon as you can and we'll sort it.
Product & flavours
How long does jerky stay fresh?
Sealed, 8 weeks in the pantry. Once opened, reseal and eat within 7 days.
Is it MSG-free?
No MSG in any of our flavours. The full ingredients are listed on each product page.
Is your meat Aussie-sourced?
Every cut. 100% Australian beef, sliced and seasoned at our Toowoomba smokehouse.
What's the difference between jerky, biltong and droëwors?
Jerky is cooked and dehydrated, biltong is air-dried, and droëwors is a dried sausage. Biltong tends to be thicker and more tender.
How spicy are the hot flavours?
Each product page shows a 0–5 heat rating. Anything at 4 or above is properly hot.
How does building a box work?
Pick a box size, choose your flavours from the catalogue, and we ship it fresh. Doubling up on a favourite is allowed.
Can I subscribe and save?
Yes — subscribe on any product and save 10%, with free delivery on subscription orders.
Can I swap flavours in my subscription?
Any time, from your account. Skip or cancel whenever you like.
Returns & guarantee
What's the Great Taste Guarantee?
Don't love your first pack? Message us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No forms, no returning half-eaten packets.
Something arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it straight away.
Do you supply cafés, gyms and retailers?
We do. Head to our wholesale page or email the trade crew and we'll send pricing and minimums.
